A lid with a tubule is provided, which holds the thermometer under test in a bung. A side outlet draining tube & a manometric tube mounted in a tubular with rubber bung; overall size 300x100mm approx.
For determining the upper fixed point of thermometers & boiling points at barometer pressure other than atmospheric. Comprising an upper boiling vessel with a steam jacketed inner tube.
